Coming into the marke open there were a lot of high impact news the news had swept the buyside liq buy a long way, so we were looking for shorts. after like 2 mins after market open we put in an SMT as s&p was the lagging index, we disrespected the one munite orderflow that we had, broke structure, put in a fvg and pulled into and it held two time so i entered. we immediately started selling off, and i closed positions at 700$ on one count but didn't realize that the other one was running. wanted to take partials because last trade, i regretted not doing so.

WHAT WE COULD COULD HAVE DONE BETTER:
- wait for a tp hit before deciding to take partial (still deciciding what i want to do, because it builds confidnce to take partial)
-not trade during high impact news, even tho it was premarket- there was a spike that could have stopped me out had i moved my stoploss to break even.
